  1. I love lofat and no sugar! Ok, so there is a recipe in the BFL (Body for Life) cookbook that I really enjoy. It is a whole wheat crepe (wheat flour, egg whites, equal packet (1-2)) and you fill it with nonfat yogurt and fresh berries. (I like blueberries and strawberries) You can also mix the yogurt w/protein powder, but that is not necessary.
    My other no sugar filling that you could use is frying sliced apples w/Pam and adding cinnamon, 1/2 squeezed orange and strawberries. It makes a warm compote that you can use in a crepe too.
